A yeast infection or Bacterial Vaginosis is a condition that produces thick discharge, itchiness, and foul odours in the vagina. Find Your Insight
There are many things in our life that we don’t know about before we get some insight into them. For example, you don’t realize the wagon will cause serious pain when it runs over your foot until the moment it actually happens. Or that the chances of you actually flying through the air after jumping off the top of your playset are slim to none. Or that water can actually boil away and leave a burnt mess.
Obviously the list goes on and on and applies to many situations throughout our lives. Enlightenment is one of those things.
Enlightenment or ‘waking up’ is something that happens when you get an insight into a situation that resonates deep inside of you as the truth and it now becomes your reality instead of just a fleeting thought through your mind.
This happens all throughout our lives. The day you realize that unhealthy relationships are literally a waste of your time and there’s so many more productive things you could be doing with your life instead. There’s the day that the bad habit just doesn’t seem to mean as much to you anymore and you realize that the other side of the habit might be a little greener.
I’m not trying to say that you didn’t realize that it was a bad thing or that you actually wanted it in your life but it takes that insight or that special reason that turns it into a realization. Once you realize it then it becomes your truth and really hits home.
A lot of people are heading towards a new type of consciousness which is adding up to be a compassionate and loving unity. One that includes the law of attraction, manifesting, and understanding our universe better among many other things. People are getting on the wagon because they can feel the truth that resonates within them when they hear or read about it.
How many times have you heard a thought over and over but you just didn’t let it sink in? And the day that you finally do let it penetrate you can’t understand how you didn’t realize it before. It happens all the time for all sorts of things.
But everyone is unique and a thought or explanation that might enlighten someone, does not always have the same effect on someone else. They don’t have that same; oh I get it now, moment. It may not be worded properly or they just might not understand or feel it yet. It may also be their fat ego standing in the way.
I’ve had many people that I’ve explained my view to with really good reasons to back it up, who insist that I was wrong and they wouldn’t even let the possibility in. But after days, months, or years they had the same view or idea from something they heard from someone else or read somewhere else. The way I said it was not the way they could understand it or accept it. That used to drive me nuts but now I get it. It’s all on your own time.
If you are a person who is reaching to understand and reaching out to find the knowledge and insights that are out there, you will get it. You will see it and understand and be enlightened by it eventually. Keep searching because your answer is right down the street for you to find.

Yoga for the body

You’ll feel and look stronger and eventually be able to do those poses you thought were out of reach.
Increased flexibility and strength can help prevent the causes of some types of back pain. Many people who suffer from back pain spend a lot of time sitting at a computer or driving a car. Yoga for the mind
Yoga is excellent for stress relief. If you’ve ever done meditation then you know that concentrating on something whether it is listening to a sound or staring at an object focuses your mind and helps you let go of all the worries and problems that can plague it. So concentrating on your pose and most importantly your breath is an excellent form of calming yourself.
Yoga also gives you a heightened awareness of your body. Not the awareness of how much fat is hanging over your shorts but the movements your body makes or the muscles used to make those movements. The reason for this is the slow transition between poses. Knowing and appreciating what your body can do leads to greater self confidence and self esteem.
Yoga for the spirit
Just as the concentration of focusing on your breathing and pose helps with calming you down, it can also help get you to another level of spirituality or connection to that area of your life.
Yoga is a Sanskrit word. It means union with God. This union is a conscious union. We are all united with God but we are not aware of it. When we practice Yoga, we become conscious of our union with God through our stillness and awareness.
Once you feel that oneness, once you connect with yourself you will begin to understand your beliefs and what feels right to you. You’ll recognize truth for what it is and I can attest that there’s nothing better than that.

How frustrating is it when you don’t know what your child wants. Of course a lot of the time a mother can figure out pretty quickly what their baby Is trying to say but sometimes there’s no way to tell through the tears and the screaming. What if I told you your child could tell you what they wanted with sign language.
Sign language is a language that babies can pick up quickly and easily to explain to you what they really want or need. They naturally express themselves with their hands and face already. Throwing their hands up when they are excited or happy; or pointing to something they are trying to figure out or want. They just have to know the proper sign for what they want and they’ll put it to use once they realize you actually understand what they want now.
Could you imagine your baby telling you that they are thirsty? Not only just thirsty but that they would like water instead of milk or juice? Yep, they would be able to do that. I’ve taken a lot of courses for American Sign Language and I’m well aware that there is a large community of people out there that speak this language. If your child continues to learn sign language they will have a wonderful form of communication with a large population of deaf and hearing people who use sign language. In fact they might make a career down the road out of interpreting for the deaf or teaching in a deaf school or tons of other possibilities that are not open to a lot of people in this world.
You may wonder if learning sign will delay your child’s speech. Don’t worry about that. Kids can pick up two or three different languages while they are young. Just because you speak English and Italian in the house doesn’t mean they will only pick up one language. Plus you will most likely naturally speak while signing to them so they will hear and see what the sign means.
Sign is the only language they will be able to effectively use before their verbal language comes in. They will have a huge advantage when it comes to communicating with you!
I have seen lot of babies who don’t start talking till they are around 18 months. Imagine how much you will know about your baby if you use sign language the first 18 months of their life and beyond.

I’ve been meditating for a few years now but I have a real hard time quieting my brain. I’ll try to focus on a sound or an object but my mind will wander to what I did that morning or what I have to do later. Once I realize that there’s something I have to do then I can’t get back into a meditative state.
Another thing that happens to me, although less often, is I’ll actually be doing a good job focusing but I fall asleep within a few minutes of getting there. Then I wake up feeling like I had a nap but not feeling like I meditated on something.
My reasoning for meditation is usually to find an answer that I’m looking for and I always do find an answer but it relates to later in the day chores I have to do. That’s very frustrating when you are looking for an answer to something pertaining to your life that deeply affects you.
I found the best meditation I had ever had was a guided one by a friend of mine.
He instructed my group of friends to relax, then relax some more. I found myself focusing on his words and being able to also focus on the imagery he was giving to us. My mind didn’t have a chance to take over with its rambling thoughts because he would move on to the next instruction before my mind could do that. By the time he got to our reason for doing the meditation I was completely relaxed and focused on what I was meditating for. The answer to my question was as clear as day in my mind and I was extremely excited about the whole experience.
I went home and did the meditation again as we had just done it but this time my mind wandered with no one to guide it. I realized that I needed some sort of guide to help me until I could focus myself.
I found Binaural Beats.
Our brain goes through many frequency cycles during each day. Different frequencies produce different effects to the human consciousness. Using this information, it has been discovered that the brains receiving and operating frequency can be altered by sound waves. Many of the most powerful brain frequencies are less than 20 Hz. It’s so nice to know that I’m taking that time out of the day to focus on my meditation at that very moment and not thinking about the past or future.
I’ve had excellent results finding answers to my questions now and I’m actually really glad that I have these binaural beats to turn to because my friend is not available to me any time I want like my binaural beats are.

Today, toxicity has become a major issue not just in our environment but also within our bodies.
We are surrounded by pollution that we breathe in everyday of our lives whether it be by the nearest chemical plant, the nearest smoker, the car driving by or the fire that we have while we are camping. There’s always something that we are breathing in and not all of it is always coming out.
With the increasing pollution levels, this has also affected our food chain. Scientific research like the Human Toxome Project has shown that most of us have toxic chemicals in our bodies due to environmental pollution.
In today’s world, our eating habits are no longer healthy and natural foods. We eat fried and processed foods that are preserved, colored, and contain additives. How can that be good for our bodies?
Some common additives are Red Dye 40 which is suspected to cause certain birth defects and possibly cancer. Caramel is a famous flavoring and coloring agent that can cause vitamin B6 deficiencies.
